Let's Go Logo ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy which enables you to improve on your initial design brief free of charge through your account area.
To be eligible for a refund, your required designs must be unused and published at any website or anywhere over the internet.
In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by Let's Go Logo, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial designs completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs delivery. For any Special / Combo packages, a refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of our services.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace designs if our designed logos are proved to be plagiarized from the internet. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
